Refunds and Cancellation Policy



Your registration will be cancelled :

  • If the fee paid is short,
  • If false identity has been submitted,


REFUND POLICY

  • 25% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation of registration made before 30 June 2026.
  • 50% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation of registration made before 31 July 2026.
  • Any cancellation request received after 31st July 2026, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • After deducting the cancellation fee , refund will be done of the balance registration amount only. There is no refund on the accommodation charges under residential category. All the refunds will be processed after the conference only.
  • All Cancellation and refund request should be sent over email connect@nssaspine2026.com
  • If there is any discrepancy regarding the fee amount deposited through credit card then it has to be resolved in person only. Please contact the Institute reception for such cases.
